Great product for the price. Have put new tires on all our vehicles and never had a problem they would not fix for us. Great job!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE,I BOUGHT 2 TIRES FROM THEM A FEW WEEKS AGO 1 BROKE APART IN THE FIRST MILE THE OTHER IS FALLING APART THEY ARE OLD TIRES THEY ARE SELLING((((OUT OF DATE))))) JUST LIKE GOOD TIRES GO BAD AFTER AWHILE. ALSO TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED THEY WERE VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE AND TOLD ME TO GO TAKE IT TO THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE THE TIRE,I HAVE THE TIRES NOW OFF THE CAR WAY TO DANGEROUS TO DRIVE WITH THESE TIRES!!!!!THEY ARE VERY MEAN,AND THERE WERE ALL KINDS OF MARKS AND SLASHES ON THESE TIRES FROM BEING ON THE RACK??? Recently I was in the market for new tires for my 02 Dodge Ram, so where do I turn to, them. Discount Tire & Service of Greeley does have good prices I will give them that, but customer service is nowhere to be found.NOT RECOMMENDED

I would not recommend anyone go to this shop. They sold me low quality tires for way higher than their worth and offered me a free alignment with purchase which they did not perform. They have terrible customer service and a sketchy return/warranty policy. Be advised also that this business is not part of the nationwide Discount Tire chain as they claim to be, so when you have a problem with them there is no corporate higher to bring your grievance to. This business also has several Better Business Bureau complaints. I will never give them my business again and advise you to do the same.

I went to Discount Tire and Service after going to 4 other locations and my tires were $100.00 cheaper this also included rotation. I won't use anyone else.

I agree with the only other review the company has gotten, they have terrible customer service and do not stand behind the warranty's they sell. The owner told me to take my business somewhere else, when they wouldn't hold up their end of the warrany they sold me, and I will!

I would not recommend Discount Tire and Service of Greeley to anyone. This business is poor knock-off of the actual Discount Tire. The real Discount Tire takes care of their customers, this store doesn+t even attempt to compare. ### They do not treat their customers with respect and they don't even attempt to back the products that they sell. Please take my advice and save yourself many headaches and go to a real tire store where they follow the warranty that they guarantee their customers printed on the receipt.

Discount Tire & Service of Greeley is under unprofessional management. They put bad valve stems on my tires, but refused to replace my bad tire. My tires were only a month old, but kept going flat. I bought a brand new set from them. I spent about $700. On Christmas Eve I was driving to Illinois. My tires kept on going flat, but all the tire places were closed. We had to keep putting air in all the tires. Unfortunately, one of the tires was bad, and we had to put on a spare. I took the car to the real Discount Tire the day after Christmas. I thought there were punctures or cuts. The guys at Discount Tire found that there were no punctures in the tires. The real problem was bad valve stems. They replaced the valve stems on the three remaining tires. I took the bad tire to Discount Tire & Service of Greeley when I got back. I told them about the valve stems. I was told that 'valve stems just go bad.' But after a month though? I had my old tires for 4 years, and I never had to get new valve stems. I called other tire places in town, and that all told me that valve stems should be good for the life of your tires. I told the Discount Tire & Service of Greeley that, but the manager told me that it was too bad. He said that he does not believe that it was the valve stems. I showed the receipt from Discount Tire, and the guy just said, ' I don't trust them.' He said that Discount Tire could have done something else to my tires to fix the problem and only charged me for the valve stems! He was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for a new tire, but that would definitely be the last time I buy from them. My advice is, always work with corporate owned business. This guy was rude and outrageous because he knew there was not much I should do to him.
