I have rented from Atoms Property for the past three years. They asked me to rate them when I checked out of my last house. Atoms' houses are very nice, which is why my friends and I kept renting from them. We were never charged late fees or any fees for that matter and could easily read our account sheet that they posted online. If I stayed in Greeley, I would definitely rent from Atoms.

These people are thieves. They not only stole over one thousand dollars from us but they also were very unprofessional. Our hot water ran out over the winter and it took them over a week to fix it after ignoring our calls for days. It is extremely difficult to read their spread sheet and they changed our s a few times. When we wanted to finish paying them for the money they stole we had to stand outside of their office for 20 minutes ringing the doorbell in the snow when they were clearly home. Wendy is always on vacation so if you ever need something fixed good luck getting it fixed that week. They take advantage of poor college students and are very shady people. The two houses I lived in of theirs were falling apart and just not worth dealing with horrible unfair landlords. If you sign a lease with them please be careful and make sure you always know how much money you are getting charged because they turn one late fee into hundreds of dollars, and they will not work with you to take it off. Please know that if you sign their lese you are paying for Wendy’s nice expensive monthly vacations.

Scam---- Atoms Property Management is the most unprofessional business in Greeley. Their spreadsheets are confusing and don’t treat each tennet as an individual. They tack fees onto your rent without any explanation or warning. Once you get involved with these people you’ve sold you soul to the devil. I haven’t lived in one of their houses in eight months and I (not including what my roommates have paid) just spent a thousand dollars on the old rental. Take advice from someone who has been there and don’t sign with Atoms.
