I had to rent a car when my own broke down in October 2015. I did the rental over the phone and asked to be picked up the following morning. It is a small rental site so they don't have a lot of cars to choose from. They will pick you up BUT they won't drive you back home after the car is returned. The car was a 2015 Dodge Dart. It could have used a good vacuuming but It just had normal stuff that gets in cars from bags, shoes, etc. You can no longer smoke in rental cars (you will be fined a hefty fee if you do smoke in it) so smoke smell wasn't a factor. They do place a $150 hold on your bank account/credit card when you rent the car. That is refunded to your bank/card when you return the car in good shape and, you get the car back to them before 12:00 p.m. noon on the day it is to be returned. If you choose not to purchase their car insurance then you MUST HAVE PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE with you when you sign your rental agreement and also your driver's license. The staff were really nice and helpful and tried to get me the best deal they could with limited amount of cars they had on the lot. It was a bit expensive but I do recommend them.
