Working for a dentist, I have to say the office staff at this dental office has the absolute worst professional etiquette I have ever delt with. I called to get x-rays on a former dissatisfied patient and both times speaking with two different people that answered the phone, I was spoken to with disrespect. I do not normally write bad reviews, but this was the worst experience I have ever had speaking from one professional in my field to another. I would use extreme caution with this practice. I do want to add that I have heard the doctor is wonderful and I feel sorry that a great doctor would have to work along side people with such low class.
