I just completed a month long construction project and much of the debris ended up in the pool. There was also nothing done to the pool during that time. In 2 visits Dependable had my pool back up to snuff. I kept them on after that to handle the regular maintenance and they have done a great job. The pool is always ready for me to enjoy.

This is a great pool company with very nice friendly service, the pool guy is all smiles every time I see them. I am very happy with the level of service. They always are there to answer my questions and do a great job.

I hired these guys on when there was a problem with my pump and my regular pool guy said he couldnt fix it. I wanted a full service company that can service as well as keep it clean and ready to use. Now the pool is cleaner and I can have maintenance done when needed.

I had these guy put in a new pump a few months back. The install was fast and easy for me. Pool service never comes cheap but these folks were very reasonable and did an excellent job for the price.

I have had several pools over the years but none as complex as this one. My new salt pool has a lot of things that the others didnt. I decided to let the professionals handle this one. The maintenance and repairs that are necessary are done pretty well. The pool is always clean with good levels when I check every once in a while. All in all a very worthwhile service, saves me time and hassle.

This is a great pool service that is reliable and priced right. I am happy with all the maintenance done to my pool and always come here for my supplies

I knew I had a bad heater pump so I called these guys up. I was just looking for a quote and they had a reasonable price. they came out and did the work and stuck to the price. satisfied customer and I will be back the next time I am in need.

We were using Dependable for cleaning/servicing our hot tub. When we needed some major reparis done to it, they came and pulled the motor out and took it to their shop to access problems. They came back saying it needed over $800 to get the tub woking again; when we began asking for a price break down on the quote, they refused to give us the specifics and we felt at that point they were trying to rip us off. We said thanks but no thanks. When Dan brought back the motor to our home, the impellar and the motor stand were missing from the motor. We ended up getting an entire new motor and pump assembly for under $300! This company lacks customer service and we would never use them again.
