My home warranty referred me to this company for my HVAC fan issue.

My phone call was immediately answered and a service appointment was scheduled.

The technician arrived a few minutes earlier then scheduled and was totally professional

My issue with my HVAC was quickly diagnosed and repaired on the spot and they had they required parts with them.

I highly recommend this company for your needs.

Anthony and his team are always amazing to work with very reliable and trustworthy and easy to work with, I would give more than 5 stars if possible!

This was some of the best service I've ever had. He called right away to schedule the visit, diagnosed the problem promptly and ordered the right equipment. When Carrier delivered it to the wrong location, he spent hours on the phone getting it here. Once it did he installed it right away. I highly recommend their services!

Mr. Baskett is1 of the best home service men I have ever met. He has always done a great job on any appliance he has ever fixed in my house and at this time that 1 washer, 1 dishwasher, 1 oven 2 times, AC unit once, Last interior heat pump unit for AC he fixed it when 2 other people have come out to fix it through American Home shield and have not fixed the issue. He cleaned up an ocean in my garage

Horrible service!! Very bad attitude! I never met a person like this guy, very rude and unqualified technician.

Terrible communication. Would not call me or text until I complained enough to my warranty company. He texted me right away after he found out he was being replaced by a company that actually calls their customers and shows up. I am glad I was able to find someone else to replace my HVAC system before giving any more money to Baskett's Repair. 3 weeks of trying deal with Baskett's Repair was enough frustration for me. I wish had known about his bad reputation from the beginning. What a waste of time. I do NOT recommend this business whatsoever.

This person should not be in business. My home warranty assigned this contractor to my HVAC problems and they never called me. I would call several times before getting an answer, Anthony promised me TWICE that he was going to come look at my unit and give me a call when he was on the way, but he never did. If I could give zero stars I would, this is absolutely no way to run a business and I hope Karma does its job.

This company is by far the worst company that we have seen in our 20 years living in Northeast Tennessee. The working ethic and professionalism of this company is below any standard for them to be a business.

Worst company ever. We waited 6 months for a heat pump that once he installed it and left it stopped working. We canceled our home warranty because they only use him. He work is terrible and when I called and asked about the foam connectors he used instead of PVC pipe, I was told I only use what they tell me. This company should be shut down

Worst company ever! We have a home warranty contract through AHS and Baskett repair is their service provider in Johnson City. We have been waiting for over a month to get our dishwasher installed by Baskett. ( AHS agreed to a replacement.) As the other reviews stated, we have called to set appointments with him, he does not show up or says he is coming and never shows up nor calls. We are still waiting for the install and have asked AHS to find another service provider. As others have stated he is completely unreliable and a liar.

The owner did not show up when promised, he charged me for a service fee, and freon. The heat pump stopped working after 2 weeks. He came back to look at it a week late then lied and told me he would try to get it replaced through AHS. I called them after 4 days and was told he never called them to request replacement. Anthony Baskett is dishonest, and does shoddy work.

I had a new heat pump installed by this company just 2 years ago. After 2 years, the unit stopped working so I called and set up appointment to meet at my home. He instructed me to wait til he called to leave to meet him...but he never called. Hours later, I reached him so we tried this a 2nd time...same scenario...I left several messages and/or there is no answer when I call. I ended up having to call a totally different company to do the warranty work. POOR POOR customer service...but he was sure quick to install it being the big expense that this was...

This company was called to my residence to repair a heat pump of which the A/C was not working. He came and replaced a control board and charged the A/C with freon. The control board cost $89.40 and the Freon was charged at $15.00 per???whatever it is and that cost was for $75.00. The Service fee was $50.00 and the labor was $15.00. The total bill was $229.40. Within minutes after he left, the A/C stopped working. When he was called shortly thereafter, he said "well, it was working when I left!!!" I told him, well, it is NO LONGER WORKING - please return to the job location and FIX IT. He said he was NOT going back because he was going on vacation for 2 weeks, nor was he going to make things 'right' with the bill due to the fact that it was 'working when I left there'. He said he had 'done all I could do'. End of story - I GOT SCREWED BY THIS COMPANY - TONY BASKETT, OWNER, BASKETT'S REPAIR, 102 LAKE DRIVE, GRAY, TN 37615 PH: 423-477-2038
