Honesty and good work at a fair price. Paul is always glad to share information and expertise. This is my "go to" shop for repairs and parts.

I can't understand the poor rating of Ray S. Yes, Pearson's is a small shop. Yes, at certain times of the year they're way backed up. Because they're good. They are also fair. Additionally, I've taken equipment in a couple of times and they've either made the adjustment on the spot at no cost or, in one case when they were backed up, showed me how to make the repair myself, denying themselves the fee for repair and preventing me having to wait for a week or two. And I am not a professional who they might feel the need to cater to. I'm just a homeowner who occasionally needs parts or repair work. And No, I'm not getting a toaster for this review!!!

Great place, Got me a top of the line echo he had to order and it was still cheaper then any internet site i could find. Plus works custom jobs great owner. when i need something cant figure it out on my own this is where i go.
