We are family-owned by 5th generation Northern Californians. We live in Nevada County and pride ourselves on maintaining a facility for our neighbors that is clean, secure and renders service with a smile. Our family appreciates your business and most of our tenants are either repeat customers or have been referred by our tenants. Our self-storage units are conveniently located on Loma Rica Drive in Grass Valley, near Nevada City, and accessible from all of Nevada County. Our 5 x 10 storage units start at $80 per month. We also have 10 x 10 and 10 x 20 units available as well. All units have exterior access and on ground level with secure, coded gated entry and a 24-hour resident manager. Gate Hours are 7am-7pm, 7 Days a Week! Office Hours are 3pm-6pm Tuesday - Friday & 12pm-3pm Saturday. The office is closed Sunday & Monday.
