Bob moved to Grass Valley in the early 1970's, Bob had been in flooring for over 30 years and knew Grass Valley is where he wanted to share his knowledge. So he opened Bob's Discount Carpet Inc. Bob's Discount Carpet is located on the corner of Idaho Maryland, Sutton way and Golden Gate Terrace. We are about 1/4 mile down the street from Hills Flat Lumber, right on the bridge of wolf creek. We serve Grass Valley, Nevada City, Auburn, Truckee, Tahoe, Placer, Yuba City, Marysville, and all surrounding areas. We have been known to travel as far as the Bay area. We support our community, we donate and help many different groups, schools, and other organizations. Police, fire fighters, women of worth, churches, homeless shelters, and many more.
