My husband and I live in Ann Arbor and hired Todd at All American Home Builders to complete and addition on our bungalow attic. He helped us get the permits from the city, was on time with starting our project, and was at our home almost everyday (weather permitting) working on our project with his partner Scott.

We were happy that they focused on one project at time, so we were consistently seeing progress. Todd offered great suggestions throughout the process after being in the space and seeing our architect's drawings. Some that we took and some we didn't, but was always respectful on our decision and not pushy.

We had a serious timeline with a baby due and he finished right on our due date! It was amazing to see it come together so effortlessly by them. The project came in right at the cost with no surprises. The only additional costs were items that we added.

Both Todd and Scott are very friendly and hard working. We're super happy we found them and would hire them again if we have a future project.

Hired them to remodel/update bathrooms and hallways. Demi of the existing was done quickly but finishing touches were not done, drywall repair, faucets were not installed correctly loose, just found that the upstairs drain for the shower stall has been leaking since they installed. Now have to gut the down stairs closet remove all the black mold drywall and repair the damage. They do not care about doing a quality job.

Todd built my pole barn and did so quicker than projected. He also offered some suggestions that I had not thought of which improved on my original plans. I would recommend All American Home Builders to anyone needing construction work done.

Todd has great vision and very creative ideas. We really like the remodel he did on our old home's upstairs. WOW the conversion is amazing and done so quickly!

Have been dealing with All American Home Builders for many years. Their work is excellent and at a fair price. They come highly recommended by the local building inspector.
