Watch out. This cleaner will claim all your cleaning should be dry cleaned, even the stuff you want laundered only.

I left notes on my account to launder only, and also notes on the garments. They then dry cleaned the items and charged me 3 times the normal cost. I spoke to the manager who said he would leave another note on my account. But a few weeks later the same problem occurred.



The 3rd time they did this I decided enough was enough.



I accepted the damaged garments as the price of having someone else do your laundry. I accepted the poor service as being related to the language barrier. I could not accept the 3rd up-sell.



They will up-sell your service, even when you expressly ask them not to, they will then hold your clothes to ransom until you pay. Extortionists.
