I made a phone call at 3:15am on a Saturday when our system went down. The technician answered the phone within 3 rings. After listening to my issue for about 2 min he suggested that he come onsite. This technician was not only here in less than 45 minutes he had parts available when he came onsite. We were up and running within 2.5 hrs. I have used Dell Gold Service, HP Service and the Geek Squad, I have to say these guys are not only priced right they know what they are doing.



By Not using this company you are simply wasting your money and time.
