This man did work as a subcontractor for Andrew Corte. He did the electrical work when a ductless heaters were installed. I had a problem in a hobby shop light and plug - both worked before the install.. I was told by Andrew to call him about the issues. . I did so. I couldn't get him to call me back. The best I could do was get text messages. After repeated calls and text messages he didn't call for 6 days. One of his text on the 6th day referred me to someone else. I explained that though I had other work that needed to be done, I had an issue with a light that I believed was caused by his install. His text response was, "nice try". Essentially accusing me of trying to get this simple problem fixed for free. I can;t know whether his work caused the light problem. I do know that he doesn't respond to phone calls and makes assumptions about Customer integrity without being helpful.. He could use a Customer Service 101 class.
