SOASTC provides mental health services for youth suffering from chronic and persistent mental illness. It is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and is licensed by the State of Oregon Department of Human Services. The center is a member of the American Association of Children's Residential Centers and the Oregon Alliance of Children's Programs. It offers community programs that include a wide range of services, such as foster care, independent living skills training and respite care. The center also offers a variety of other services, including community-based services. SOASTC is certified by the Office of Mental Health and Addiction Services and is located in Grants Pass, Ore.
