I called GP Ins. to get auto insurance and left a message at 9:15am because nobody answered... I absolutely HAD to have insurance this day and 3 hours later had no call back, so decided to call again. I got a sloppy receptionist who wasn't paying attention to what I was saying. I informed her I had called earlier but really needed insurance by the end of the day and called again incase they didn't get my message... she replied by saying "uh, no... I didn't talk to you yet today". I explained again and said I just needed to see about getting a quote. She took my name and number because "nobody was available". Three MORE hours later, still no return call. I called Siskiyou Ins., they took my info and called me back in less than 10 minutes with a quote. I went down there and was done with paperwork in five minutes. GP Ins. called me back FINALLY at 4:30pm and the lady was still confusing. I told her they took too long and she said "uh thanks then" and hung up on ME! Slow and horrible!!!
