Provided by YPmobileThey sent my bill to my moms house which we don't talk and they also called her instead of me and gave her my results when it says that i do not give anyone consent to know my information. I'm 21 and have been on my own with very few contacts with my mom... I was finally given my bill almost 2 months later. Major HIPPA violations!!
