If I could give him a 0 I would. first day. I meet this guy and we pay $65 service call. Tells us the ski is running good but it can use something that protects it from salt water. So we agree to pay him an additional $300. Then when it's time to pickup the jet ski he tells us that everything is good. But he will not allow us to test it before payment. Then he tells us he doesn't want to take the $300 and just give us our jet ski back. Well you know this doesn't turn out well. The jet ski don't run at all now. We believe that this guy stole parts from our jet ski and trailer and replaced them with old parts.

Better then route 1. Excellent customer service. Outstanding.
