Brad came out in the morning after our well went out.

He identified each problem and repaired and explained to me everything he was doing, in a minimum amount of time.

I have water again, and it is amazing how easy it is to take for granted clean running water. I am so grateful.

RWS/Brad installed a new pressure tank (5yr warranty), new switch,pressure gauge, just about a year ago. Being new to NC and a Retired Contractor of 30 yrs, I would "Think", RWS would consider me a (Customer for the keeping)? The tank ruptured 3 days ago. The gentlemen that referred RWS/Brad to me, (a Local,born and bred) AND myself called and left messages for (Two) days? Had to hire another company to come out and (REPLACE) the unit at my cost.

In the Contracting Business, this is known as a " Hit And Run Contractor" ! BEWARE !!! Emailed RWS/Brad tonight and passed on the billing information. I'll keep you in formed as to if, RWS settles up?

With family in from out of town, I quickly realized that my water pressure was very low. Brad knew exactly what the problem was, came out on a Saturday night (11pm) and was very informative and explained my problem very thoroughly to me. I was expecting him to come back on Monday to fix the problem, but he stayed well into the night to correct the problem. This is the kind of service that's almost unheard of anymore.
