I bought a brand new dryer from them Jan.2010. About 3 weeks after I bought it, it broke down. Every month since then it breaks down. They are rude when I call and take their sweet time coming out to fix it. I told them there must be some kind of a defect for it to do this all the time. They won't look into it or replace the dryer. Poor customer service and don't stand behind the products they sell. Guess people are wrong when they talk about good small town service. I would have been better off going to a big chain store instead of buying locally and supporting a local business.
