He arrived on time, actually a few minutes early, was polite and knowledgeable. The Sweep checked the fireplace and chimney in my rental, worked on the damper and then to the roof. There he cleaned out the top, repaired the mesh and even cut back limbs that were hitting the chimney. We discussed what was needed in order to make the fireplace useable. Because my tenants are not allowed to use the fireplace the Sweep suggested that since the fireplace/chimney were in good shape I could put off putting in a new liner until I was ready to burn in it. And then he told me there was no charge for what he had already done! Chim Chimney Sweeps was honest, professional and competent. When I am ready to have the chimney made useable I will definitely be calling them.
