Peggy & Tom Sundquist are the owners of the stores in Grandview & Raytown Road. The wife, Peggy oversees the store in Raytown and is very unprofessional to her customers and staff. Please refer to that stores reviews in what I say. Her attitude to her customers and particular staff of African American race shows that she doesn't trust them and talks to them in very disrespect. The husband is very aware of these problem at her store from compliments and reviews and still allows this to jeopardize their business. I am submitting a request to the Better Business Bureau and also to the Missouri State Human Relations Department for investigation because this should not be aloud in any business...
If there others who have had similar experiences at any of their store locations in Grandview or Raytown, MO please submit a review because your voices will be heard finally..

The management/ownership of this store is completely unwilling to except any responsibility for the wrongdoings of himself, or his employees. If you want professional service on shipping packages I would suggest you go somewhere else!

Tom and company perform many valuable services and do an excellent job.
