Hickerson's is a contracted company under Time Warner and there are more con;'s than pros when talking about the business. First, Tools are needed to be payed for up front and naturally if you lose a tool then you have to buy another one. I lost a small torcwrentch that i could buy at any Home Depot, for 5-10 bucks, that ended up costing me forty dollars alone. After i quit the job due to safety reasons, i had two backed paychecks left, both a little over 400 dollars that I was not able to receive until i turned all of my tools, uniforms ext. back in and was withheld from me until i tracked down the 8 guys they had me train with to find each one. Time Warner is out to get you in this business, their quality controllers get paid off your mistakes, you share a job pool, unstable hours of 7-whenever could be noon could be 10 pm. Reimbursement is terrible and the jobs you get stuck with are bad to say the least. If you don;t like getting screwed over by your employers, don't work here!

They installed cable in my home and drilled 47 holes through my steel siding. Offered me a few dollars for my inconvenience but would not repair my home, never call you back either. I wouldn't let these people on your property.

These people would not hire me to be an installer claimed they didn't need any more people 2 days later they called my friend and hired him. Than I heard that they were in desperate need of people yet because I am a woman they wouldn't hire me. I went back to ask about a dispatcher job i am bilingual and have great expierence yet again got the run around. I guess I have to be a thin attractive female to work for them they discriminate against people

These folks hired me as an independent contractor for a rush job, no money up front, had me purchase all the materials, changed the instructions for the job twice,told me to hold up, then had someone else do the work differently. They did not call back and when I reached them they refused to reimburse me, for materials or labor.
