Had em out to fix a leak. And they did. Called me a couple weeks later to make sure everything was good. That was nice. Here's the kicker. Offered to come test out some kind of sealer for the top of the chimney free of charge. I guess they are testing it on a few places before they buy a bunch of it or somethin. But anyway, they came out and put it on, and have came back once a month since to check it. Don't know if they're still doing it with anyone but i know i'm confident in their work. See ya next year Chimney Rx!

Talk about refreshing. We called these guys out to clean our chimney and guess what? They told me my chimney did not need to be cleaned. We were using a competitor who cleaned our chimney every year, even though we burn only a third of a cord every year. Chimney Rx was upfront and honest, they could have went through the motions and taken our money but these guys not only know their business they actually care about their customers and in getting repeat business. You can bet we will call them next year to inspect our system and if they tell me it needs to be cleaned, I can rest assured it needs to be cleaned.

With our economy being the shape it's in, only one thing is going to set a business apart from the rest, Customer Service! From the office person to the chimney sweeps these people believe in treating the consumer right.

I called chimney rx for a standard safety inspection which was 95 dollars. They told me it needed to be cleaned in order to give me a complete evaluation of my chimney. upon completion of the cleaning they told me i had some badly cracked flue tiles. i asked to take a look and see what they were talking about but i could not see the "cracked" tiles... they offered to run a free chim scan and did so. i could see right there on the monitor thing they had set up what they were talking about. they gave me a bid and explained the whole process of "relining" a chimney. i called around to several other companys and had them come out and inspect. 2 of them said they saw nothing wrong and 2 ran chim scans and verified the cracked tiles. i recieved bids and and chimney rx was extremely lower than the others. so i went with them. they set an appointment, showed up on time, and completed the job quickly and thoughouly, explaining the process as they went as i had several questions. I would recommend any and all people who have chimeny problems to this company. Excellent work guys! Thank you!
