True definition of slumlords. Sewage back up in the basement took over a month to repair, ac blew up in heat of summer took over a month to get anyone out to look at it, and then we got bed bugs because the surrounding properties were infested, I have a 6 year old and a newborn being effected by this and yet they still refuse to fix the problem. Over a month back and forth and now they won't even respond to text or calls. Like the other review stated they never hire professional contractors and so even after they finally send someone out the problems still don't get resolved

Please do your research before you look at any property these people have they are so unprofessional and the take forever to repair anything and they get this shade tree contractors to do jobs they don't finish so please don't rent anything from them.
