DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The Owner Walt has no concept of what customer service or professionalism mean. I talked to him about the job my boyfriend needed done and asked him how much he charges. He said it was a set fee of $35 for travel time within 15 miles and $10 per signature. I told him we needed 2 signatures at 2 different locations and where they were both located and if it would be under 1 travel charge. He said yes and agreed to $55. On the date of service, apparently it took extra walking time and exertion (since he is overly LARGE Man) to get from the parking ramp to the Doctors office so he decided that $55 was no longer okay and that it would cost $80. He would not sign the 2nd signature until he was paid but since my Boyfriend only had $70 on him he accepted that. This whole trip was only 3.9 miles of traveling time from his office to both locations the whole process was done in less than 45 minutes. When you are trying to builds clientele you do not quote your price then threaten to not perform services unless you are paid more. That is not only UNPROFESSIONAL but IDIOTIC! You will never succeed with the business because WORD of MOUTH is the best advertisement you could ever have. So I guess his fee covers 15 miles of driving but if he has to get out of his car and walk he charges an unknown fee for extra physical exertion. When I called him to ask why he would charge more than what he quoted he said he didn’t know what he had to go through. I said he never mentioned his fee was based on time or effort. He said if we aren’t happy he didn’t care just don’t bother him again. WOW!!!! DO NOT USE !!!!!!!
