Authentic, reminds me of vacation in Playa. I eat here about three times a week because I work near by. I did have a bad visit on a Friday but overall it's good bang for the buck.

Don't go there, service was not good and the food had no flavor. No clue what happened to our waitress. Two salsas and both very spicy, too hot for me. I tried salt and that didn't help. I ate very little, I told the waitress I don't like my meal, she didn't seem to care. When she was ringing me up I told her I don't thing I should be charged for my meal. I asked for the manager. When the manager came over she didn't smile, act concerned or can I help you? Nothing. I told her I didn't like my food and I shouldn't have to pay for my meal. Then the waitress spoke to her in Spanish. How Rude Is That? Then the manager said Quote: "The Thing Is all authentic Mexican restaurants only serve spicy salsa." That was her answer.



So let me just say "The Thing Is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!" I didn't like being disciplined by her, I think Miss attitude is going to put this place out of business. That would be an improvement for Grand Rapids. I had to give this business a star or yellow pages wouldn't post my review. This place is not star worthy.
