These guys are fast and friendly! They will help you with whatever they possibly can. I've never met an employee who is not efficient and helpful. This location is the only place I trust with my vehicle.

Poor Customer service. I had my oil changed here on 11/27. Everything was fine until the next day. As I was driving down the highway the oil drain plug fell out and oil started pouring onto my exhaust system. Luckily no damage was done to the engine as I was able to shut the car off in time, pull over and watch the oil drain out. I had the car towed to a local shop and they confirmed that it was the oil drain plug, put more oil and a new plug in, and told me to make sure I got my money back. I went in to the speedy today and they refused to reimburse me for anything (even with receipts), told me I had been jipped by the gentleman who fixed my car, and ordered me to leave. Do not get your car serviced here.

First, I work here. Second, I just have to say that I have been in this business for over 20 years. I work for a very large corporate chain for 17.5 years. This is not only the best environment I have ever worked in, it's the only place I'd feel comfortable telling my friends and family to go... Even if I wasn't working that day. The owner does everything right. He wants the customers 100% satisfied, the shops spotless clean, and insists that the job be done right every time. He (and all of the team) are professional, knowledgeable, and curtious... 100% of the time. We inform you, not sell to you. We want a customer not a sale. There is no giant corporate overhead, so prices are extremely reasonable. This place is fantastic and I'm proud to be a member of the team!

I have been going to Speedy on Leonard since I moved to Grand Rapids and they have always been very professional. Eddie makes sure the service is awesome and they get me in an out in a hurry every time. Excellent job Speedy crew!

Took my car there after I've neglected to have my oil changed for some time. They were awesome. Fast, friendly and didn't try to sell me more than was needed. Taking my other vehicle there next! Thanks for the great service!

Great Service! I was with my son at the Free wheeler shop and didn't realize my brake lights were out. Thankfully, they flagged me down and said they could fix them in minutes. Very quick, great prices, great service! I feel very comfortable going there and will continue receiving service there. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Most car places try to get you to spend more money than you need to, but this place is great. I've always gotten good service and sound advice. They show you things as they're working on them, like the level your oil was at and what your air filter looks like. I brought my car in for an oil change recently and they showed me how dirty my coolant was. They took out my old coolant and cleaned out my radiator with water several times until they were satisfied that it was clean enough to put the new coolant in. They then showed me the clean coolant in the radiator. I highly reccomend this establishment. They are honest people giving you a good bargain.

Speedy Oil & Lube is by far the best oil change I have ever been to. I have been a loyal customer since 2008 when they first opened and I have been more than satisfied with every service ever since. The service is great every visit and the atmosphere is very friendly. The owner of that establishment and the employees are very welcoming, polite, honest, and helpful with everything my vehicle may need or not need. I highly recommend this oil change to whoever needs a service done on their car :) Honesty and hard work is what I get every visit, thanks guys!!!
