We have several policies with another carrier and wanted an evaluation to see if we could get better coverage and/or better rates. Casie explained details on our old policy, things my other agent never told me about, and we've used him for 20+ years. She was able to move many policies over and save us money. I feel much more confident now about what exactly is covered.

The agents were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I live far away from Grand Rapids so I bought my policy by email, could not have been easier. I also saved money while increasing my coverage. Highly recommend!
