I had an appointment to meet with the sales woman to look at an apt. She doesn't show up. I call and she said she didn't get a confirmation call from me after we made the appt. I made a time to meet I keep my word. We make another appt and she doesn't show up again. Really? You'd think after talking to me when you didn't keep your apt the first time you would show up at the second. Oh but I didn't call AGAIN to confirm so she doesn't show up. I've had it. Very poor business attitude. I run my own business and clients make appts. I don't expect every one to call me. I call them to confirm. They just lost a potential customer. I feel sorry for the owner. Owners will never have a renter in there cause she can't show up! !!!

Precision Property Management "managed" the condo I owned. When I sold my condo, they refused to return my monthly maintenance fee that was paid in advance. They told me that they wouldn't return my fees until the new owner submitted his application and info page. Then they told me that they didn't have a record of the sale of the condo, then they told me that the new owner hadn't yet paid his dues, therefore they won't return my fees. This has been over 2 months and they are giving me the runaround. They are mismanaging the funds for this condo association and should not be trusted.
