In 1991, Harold DeYoung's son, Chuck DeYoung, took over the reins of Omega, focusing the company on multi-family and commercial construction. In late 2006, Omega Construction Co., Inc was purchased by Frank Miceli and Roy Couch, Omega's long-term V.P. of Operations.
