Great doctor and staff. Dr Randall knows his stuff and is very up front and direct. If he tells you what to do he expects you to do it. He doesn't want to waste your time or his. I have had great results with both my rotator cuff surgeries. I highly recommend him. If he thinks he can't help you he will say so. His staff is very friendly efficient and helpful
