Didn't care for it. My bedroom that was barely soiled turned, out great. The dirtier high traffic areas, were so so. I can still see the dirty carpet, mixed in with really bright cleaner areas, that had chemical cleaner sprayed on. The guy that did the cleaning used nothing to extract the chemicals but clothes that went on this spinning machine, that looked like a small floor sander. So, I said to the guy, how you gonna do the stairs? He said, by hand! The curved part of the step edge is still dirty, I seen 3 spots, and just cleaned them myself, and they are almost completely gone! Plus, after 9 hrs. The steps are still wet in spots! This guy was at my hose for 3 hrs, doing 3avg. Sized rms, a hall and steps. He talked non stop, if I asked him one simple question. disappointed with the over all results, especially stairs! He missed those obvious spots on steps, & it makes me wonder what other dirt wasn't removed, because he did a poor job. If I had room, I'd say more. Won't hire again!
