Bob Vanderson Sr. has been with the company for almost 50 years and now owns it with his three sons, Bob Jr., Tom, and Jeff. We service the greater Grand Rapids area with residential and light commercial installations as well as providing award winning service. these guys are courteous, knowledgeable, and I felt I could trust them. Jacobson's has been to the twice and I have been very please with the service both times. The office has been helpful in explaining my options for service and service plans, I felt that that Jacobson's was interested in my satisfaction. I feel confidant about recommending them.
