I bought a disfunctional Action Replay for ds and when I went to return it, the manager, in a rude manner, refused to trade it in or give me a refund. He told me, 'we're not responsible for damaged gear and we dont ensure our products always work' and told me to contact Codejunkies, the company that makes the Action Replays.
I went in later and talked to a different employer who was then able to swap it with a working one. Overall the other employees are great. I've made conversation with them numerous times and would love to see a different manager. As for now I'll continue to go out of my way to avoid giving this GameStop my business.
