Got a letter from Dr. Burcon dismissing me as a patient of his practice because my little son annoyed him when we were there. Prior to the letter never once did he ask me not to bring my son or voice any concern. How professional is that? Now I may lose my insurance because he misquoted me as saying I don't hurt anymore getting out of bed, so insurance won't cover me. What I actually said was that it doesn't hurt AS MUCH to get out of bed. I still have problems with multiple areas of my back that didn't hurt prior to my auto accident. Gossipy office. I will say that he is a good chiropractor and he doesn't have a bunch of expensive upsells in his office. Besides being able to tell a few funny stories, this chiropractor has next to no bedside manner or social skills. His office manager is rude and gossips. All things considered, I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
