I recently hired them to install a vinyl fence for my backyard. I had them come out and give an estimate and Jerry told me he would call me the next day to set up a day to install the fence and said they were about 2-3 weeks out. He didn't call the next day I finally called the office 4 days later to schedule the installation. I was then told that they couldn't get out to do until 6 weeks later. I finally got it scheduled and they were supposed to be at my house at 8 am (I leave for work at 8:30) and they didn't show up. I finally called the office and they had forgotten. They did send someone out however I ended up being late to work because I had to wait on them. They were supposed to come out and mark where the fence was, dig, and set the posts the first day. I came home to find nothing done, not even some holes dug. The 2nd day they started digging holes, and I got a message on my phone when I took my lunch saying they hit the main irrigation line and didn't know how to shut it off. I noticed the call was from 2 hours ago, I tried calling the phone number they left and no one answered. I started calling around trying to find someone to shut it off. I ended up having to leave work to go check on it, only to find they had fixed it but hadn't bothered to call me to let me know everything was ok. Overall the fence turned out ok but only use them if you are ok with it being done whenever and you have a flexible schedule.

From the time they approched my front door they were professional, courtious and had the answers to all my questions!The quality was amazing! Love my Fence!
