I had Saenz roofing install a new roof years ago. They started before I was leaving town. 2 days after leaving they called and said it was completed. I sent the remaining $12,00 of the original $24,000. I returned home 2 months later and found the back half of my room was never installed! They also installed the flashing improperly. I specially spoke with the owner before leaving to make sure it would be done correctly. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they came and finished the work.
Last week I went to refinance my home and found there was a non-compliance lien against my property because they never ordered the final inspection from the city planning dept. I called and they apologized and said it would be taken care of that day. Here a week later and they still have not filed the permit to get it inspected….
This is the worst roofing company in the valley be warned!!!!
