With a premature baby born 4 weeks early who needs to be on a U.V. BiliBed for jaundice and to stimulate liver function, we were happy for the service provided to keep our newborn at home, HOWEVER, when it came time for to replace to onlt TWO BiliCombi covers due to soiling, the customer service rep was very rude and stated "maybe you should put two diapers on your baby". On the packaging of the BiliCombi covers it specifically states to dispose of the cover when soiled or within 24 hours of use. We were provided with just 2 covers even though our baby needs to be on the BiliBed for 7-14 days or more, what is worse is that the service reps for PS told us the covers are $10.00 apiece and "they dont make any money on them" so we could not get any more than 1 replacement. ????????????? We are NOT happy to say the least. Also PS claims to be the ONLY home care providers that offer the BiliBeds in the entire city of Grand Junction, I do not believe this and we are checking into it.
