I called to place an order for same day delivery from out of state, Lynne who took my call was very friendly and helpfull. The arrangement was nice and was delivered the same day well before the time I had told them. Thank you for helping me cheer up my moms day

I walked into this store looking for ideas for my upcoming wedding. We stood at the desk for 5 minutes and no one offered to help us. There was a woman sitting in the back, staring at us, but didn't come to help. There were a few girls walking around but none of them offered to help us. We asked if they could help us pick out some flowers. The woman said, "You can go upstairs and see if there is a book." I will never recommend this store to anyone. Thankfully we found a wonderful florist to help me with my wedding, so there was definitely a silver lining to this horrible experience.

I had flowers sent to my girl I called in the morning and told them they had to be delivered by four o'clock or she would not get them they was delivered at five I spent all night in the dog house so they get a zero for a rating from me

I was there to get a few flowers for my mothers grave, I started feeling sick and passed out I needed an ambulance. The owner left the shop and drove my car for me to St. Marys for me.
