I would most definitely recommend them to everyone I know! Very helpful and the salesman wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely dedicated to find me a car I would love! Specifically Dan Del Norte! He seemed very knowledgeable and honest! I have been to several car dealerships in the valley and this one was by far the best!

I actually got the same old line "Because I like you..."--that should have been a tip-off.



The car I purchased had problems with the functioning of one of the rear window motors; unfortunately I didn't recognize this until the day after my purchase, at which point I was told "But it worked before." It was eventually agreed upon that it would be replaced up to an allotted amount, which was good (still, the fact that the dealer said it was working to begin with made me uncomfortable doing business there in the first place, since that wasn't a fact!).



What was promised in an advertisement in the paper here was that anyone who purchased a car around the time that I did would receive free car washes for a year--getting this promised fulfilled was like pulling teeth! It took weeks!

BEFORE A PROMOTION IS OFFERED, HAVE IT ALL SET UP BEFORE PROMISING ANYTHING TO THE PUBLIC.



It wasn't my job to be this concerned with the "perks" I should have been given to begin with. I don't believe I was taken care of the way that I should have been, seeing how I entrusted my business with Grand Valley Auto Sales .



It's not like the old days; no wining and dining here.
