Service was good. Problem fixed. However VERY expensive. If you're looking for affordable, this isn't the place.

In reply to the reviews.....Laura G.....when we gave you a price to order the part for your washer, we were ordering the specific part for your washer...not some after market part. You should have explained the rest of your "unique" situation with this washer...but that's ok, karma will catch up with you! To the pizza guy...all I can say is wow, so very untrue...and by the way you forgot to mention that we paid for the damage to your truck. Accidents do happen and we own up to them when we are in the wrong! Complete truth is always the path to choose.

I was out of town and needed a washing machine at a rental property fixed. I did not have time to price shop so I trusted that Century would not over charge to fix the washer. The quote I got seemed excessive but I already had to pay them the service call to go out so I had them go ahead and fix the washer. I called another place to see what they would have charged for the same repair and was given a quote for almost half. Also they did not even have a basic drain hose available to finish the job. They said that would have to be ordered and would cost over $50 and another $35 in labor. I picked one up for $11 and fixed it myself in 5 minutes! Rip off!! Way over priced!! Would never use them again.

wonderful love what I got from them I will go back to them if and when I need any new appliance form them such wonderful people and kind and they answered all questions I had and very well priced if not the best in town

I bought a pizza oven from Century appliance. Jeff the owner told me that it worked great, as they where loading it onto my truck he droped it off the fork lift and damaged my truck. I then got the oven back to our Pizza Place and when we had it hooked up our plumber informed us that the oven was missing the main burner and piolt lite. Over $700.00 in parts to fix it. I calld Jeff and he said Tuff. He would not do anything about it. I paid $1,200.00 for a pice of scrap iron.

So Sad, I sure hate getting "Riped Off"
