We have had three vehicles worked on there and every time they have had excellent customer service and great prices for the work done.They have replaced our timing belt,door handle,got the power doors working and several other things.All of the people there are very aproachable and kind and treat you with respect. We will most definetely continue to go there.

I have been to Car Tech 3 times now...the first time I waited for my car to be inspected and I waited 3 HOURS for them to actually "take a look at it". The next time their service was right on time and I was in and out of there. However I found out later that my car had things wrong with it that they had marked as OK!!! So when I brought it back to fix one of those things...I waited 2 hours..called to check on my car. Again..nope sorry we haven't even looked at it yet. SERIOUSLY I have wasted SO MUCH TIME messing around with this shop. I took it somewhere else and I will NEVER EVER go back to Car Tech. They are very nice people to your face, friendly..but their service really REALLY SUCKS. And I would question their mechanical knowledge as well. How can you tell me my battery is ok when the cables are SO CORODED I can't believe it even started! NEVER AGAIN Car Tech...

Awesome work and so accommodating! Another repair shop quoted twice as much. Mike is great!

My 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee was taken to this repair center to have a transmission leak repaired, they replaced the oil pan and gasket when in fact it was the electrical harness that required replacing, now, not only do I have to replace the electrical harness but the gasket as well. I was told by the mechanic that the the electrical harness wasn't leaking at the time, possibly true.
