Autopaychecks provides our local business with outstanding service. They process our payroll and payroll taxes timely and efficiently. We are pleased with the products they offer and the services they provide. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

We are a medium sided non-profit organization in Western Colorado and Autopaychecks does a great job handling our payroll. They are always keeping us informed of new legislation or policies that will impact our business. We are very pleased with their customer service.

We run a medium-sized non profit organization in Western Colorado and have utilized volunteers to run our payroll every month. We started using Autopaychecks to help tighten internal controls and we can't imagine life before using their services! Initially the idea of outsourcing payroll was very unsettling, but they explained every step along the way and have answered any questions we have, big or small. Their customer service is top notch, some of the best we have experienced in our ten years of business, and I would highly recommend Autopaychecks to any business large or small.

We, too, moved over from a large national processor. The transisition was easier than I expected and I miss nothing from the previous service. They set us up with exactly what we needed in the way of timekeeping and reporting and as needs have changed they have helped us customize our payroll. The turnaround time is very fast and I like that our checks are produced in town so we don't have to worry about weather delays or lost/misdirected checks. We have 80 employees and lots of different departments with multiple pay rates and it all works.

We have run a small family business with 10 to 12 employees in the Grand Valley since 1994. Our book keeping needs and our inventory controls demand an on site person, but not a full time person to do our books. Payroll has been the most difficult task to bring to a professional level with part time book keeping. With the services provided by Autopaychecks, I am more involved with the payroll process, spend a fraction of the time and I am completely confident it's being done right and on time. We moved from one of the large - national payroll providers and we are now getting better service with Autopaychecks.
