My wife and I just moved into a new home and hooked up our 10 year old whirlpool washing machine and found that it was leaking from somewhere internally. We called affordable appliance repair because we did not have the time to repair it ourselves and there was a positive review online. Dion the owner came out and ran the machine through 2 rinse cycles and declared that there was no leak. My wife was not impressed with his people skills! He charged us a $55.00 service fee and left. I got home after work and found that the leak was coming from a couple of holes in the bellows gasket that seals the washing machine door. I found the part locally and I will be repairing the machine myself. Save your money and call someone that knows what they are doing!

I greatly appreciate businesses that don't try to oversell me on products or services I don't need. Deon informed me of my problem, made a recommendation of what I should do after giving me two options; the expensive one and the band-aid one. I chose the band-aid one since he told me the expensive option was not necessary for my product. He did the job on time, was very professional and very informative with what to watch for in regards to any future problems that may arise from my specific product. Communication and education is very important to me and Deon kept me well-informed throughout the service call. I would definately recommend Affordable appliance to all my freinds who want honest answers and no hipe. thanks Deon, I'll call you again.
