We had a fairly large dead tree next to our neighbors home that we hired WoodChuck Tree Service to remove. The crew that was here worked like a well oiled machine! In one hour everything was done, cleaned up and gone. This crew was fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Highly recommended! I had a front yard overrun with 4 cottonwoods that seeded themselves well before I bought my home in 2012. In addition there was a willow hanging over my backyard fence and that tree liked to shed branches. Thankfully none of them fell on the fence. I called Tim Wendt, owner, and he came by to take a look and gave me a fair estimate. His crew showed up a week later and took care of the 6 trees in a day. Very professional and helpful team and they did a great job. Tim came by a day later and ground down the 4 cottonwood stumps and even a couple more that I had cut down last year!

Good experience and I wish there were more such contractors who take pride in their service and do a great job.

Terrible service. As many in our area are having to remove ash trees, our HOA contracted Woodchuch to remove the dead trees. They worked with no regard for existing live trees and greenery. They left devastation in our yards. As if those damages weren't enough, they left behind wood chips at least 3 feet deep in many yards. Now they won't even answer our calls for them to come back and finish the job. Do not hire them. They will leave you with a mess

They have no respect for anyone on the roads. Not once but twice today on the 290 i was run onto the shoulder due too the kids in pick up truck using no signals mergeing right into my lane then as i laid on horn to let them know i got them both laughing at the fact they did that. And then as im passing them the lead truck did the same freaking thing merged into my lane no signal and ran me into the shoulder and laid on horn and again they thought it was funny. I will not use them or recommend them at all. Ive tryed calling to voice my complaint no answer and no call back very disrespectful

Woodchuck's service is something you just don't find anymore!! I had been waiting over 2 months for Hoppy's Tree service to come do the job, but they kept promising me it would be next week each time I spoke to them. I called Woodchuck and left a message on late Wed.afternoon. Thursday Morning, Tim, the owner was at my front door and gave me a bid equal to Hoppy's. I asked how soon he could get the job done and to my delight he had the bucket truck and his crew show up that very afternoon. By 5pm Thursday 4 small dead elms were down and Tim even grabbed a handsaw and helped my husband repair a section of our deck that he had fallen on! (What a concept- instead of being angry and threatening to sue- he recognized the root cause and worked with us to rectify it right there on the spot!) The crew promised to be back at 8am the next morning to get the big elm that was precariously leaning over the roof and would require the bucket truck, superior skills and great care. This morning (Friday) it was pouring down rain so I assumed I'd get a call saying they'd have to come another day. However, they were here at 8 am sharp and despite getting soaked to the bone, they had the job done by 10:30. Now that is what I call service!!

Needed some branches removed from a tree overhanging my house. It was kind of tricky because there were power lines and phone lines running through the branches. Woodchuck took care of contacting the power company and phone company and made arrangements to have both disconnected while they removed the limbs. It was great. I would highly recommend woodchuck.
