Upon picking up my boat after storing it for winter my tail lights on my trailer were smashed..after telling me they would replace them,they changed their mind the next day and said I would have to purchase the lights from them and they would install them...they them asked me "Where else can you bring your boat?" They were very rude and treated me very poorly..after explaining that I was a customer and that I would give them a bad review they told me they would do nothing and to pick my boat up...I have talked to many people since then and they ALL said they also had bad experiences with Wheelhouse Marine...if you value your property I highly recommend that you go elsewhere...

I have just started boating recently and needed a place for storage. I live on Grand Island so this busniess being close I had figured I would test it out. After comparing other storage prices in the area I found this was the cheapest and I got to choose if i would prefer inside or outside storage. They even winterized the boat for me so I had no extra work I had to worry about. After winter passed I and I was ready to go boating again I called and the boat was then summerized for me at a low price and they even lauch the boat for you! It saved me a ton of worry and made it easy and painless for me to get my boat taken care of for those winter months.
