my dog buddybear was visciuoly attacked by a pitbull when i went down there to talk to Kirsten about his next bath explained to her buddybear didnt like being left alone he was trying to scratch his stitches out she offered to watch him while i went out to get Donation for his hospital bill I am a Disabled Veteran when i offerd to pay her for her time she refused payment God Bless her

I have a teacup poodle and they always did a great job grooming her until one day I got home and noticed and quarter inch gash on her stomach that appered to be from a scissors. When I took her back to them to show them she was shaking and trying to hid in my arms. I showed them the cut and they told me that she didnt make a noise and they didn't believe that they had done it. To "make up" for they gave us a coupon for 50% off our next visit and asked us if we thought that "was fair." Havent gon3 back since.
