I work here. I know the behind the scenes. We work very hard for our customers. We bend over backwards for them without them knowing. When dealing with peoples hard earned money, we understand the enormous amount of responsibility that we have.

I have had car insurance here for over a year now and chose them only because they offered me insurance for about $5-10 cheaper then anyone else. That was a mistake. I had decided to add towing to my policy earlier this year for around $5 and made the call to have it added. A couple months later and my transmission light comes on, heck I have free towing why risk it, and no reason to bother family to tow dolly it, I'm covered. A few months later the towing company tells me my insurance company is refusing to pay and now I owe them $125. Called the agency and am basically given lip service and told they can't do anything and that i never called to have it added to my policy. I'm then told "I'll look into it and give you a call back". I never received a call back. What good is insurance if they want to fight you on a claim as simple as towing, I can only imagine if i had actually got into an accident what they would do. Like a shady crook, state farm is there.

I had so many problems with SAM MARTIN AGENCY. I have been misinformed, overcharged, had my auto insurance policy erroneously cancelled. I was driving without INSURANCE because of this agency. I SPENT SEVERAL HOURS WITH STATE FARM 800 NUMBER AND FINALLY I NOW HAVE A NEW STATE FARM AGENT AND THANK GOD TOO. DO NOT RISK IT WITH THESE PEOPLE!
