Almost all the appliances in our home come from Carl's appliance in Grand Blanc, they have been very good to us, in delivery, answering questions and any service calls we might have had, I have recommended them to everyone I know .

You can do much better than Carl's Appliances. I did with my refrigerator I bought from Home Depot. If you don't believe me, check it yourself.



My experience at Carl's can only be described as negative. From a non competitive price and misquote on the cost of the stainless steel model, to the delivery men not taking precautions to insure no dents or scratches.



Carl's Appliance offered no help in dealing with Frigidaire. The deliverymen didn't even level the refrigerator, which I had to do in a different way than the manual instructed. Carl's repairman offered no assistance in repairing my unit, actually damaged my new purchase through either carelessness or incompetence, and incredibly, told me no freezer goes down to zero degrees.



I would recommend you look elsewhere for a major appliance, somewhere they take pride in selection, service, and customer satisfaction, if you can find one. If you can't, go for the cheapest price, which Carl's sure ain't..

I bought a washer for 300 and the day it got to my house it had something wrong with it, so I called. They came out and told me it needed a new Motor, (I thought it was bran new) so they just switched me a diff. one same model and everything. Then in the 10 mo. I had three service calls and by the 4th I returned the washer for 200.
