(TSLSI) is a full service professional land surveying company that has been serving Grand County, Colorado since 1998. We are located at 1946, County Road 57, Granby Colorado. Our office building is 4000 square feet and equipped with 4 computer work stations utilizing current Auto CAD and/or G.I.S. (ESRI) software. TSLSI performs land surveying year round (subject to weather) with the peak months being May - November. We provide conventional total station and/or GPS real time field surveying. TSLSI offers a variety of surveying and mapping, including but not limited to, ALTA/ACSM, Subdivision Plats, Townhome and Condominium Plats, Topographic Surveys, Annexation Maps, Land Survey Plats, Improvement Survey Plats, Legal Descriptions, Site Plans, Profiles, Exhibits, Improvement Location Certificates, Construction Layout and Grading services. TSLSI also offers GIS mapping and consulting. With a client base of Grand County municipalities, attorneys, title companies, architects, realtors, developers, engineers, commercial and residential owners, TSLSI strives to meet the land surveying and mapping needs of the county.
